FaithSearch Partners is delighted to announce that its client, Hawaii-based Ohana Pacific Management Company (OPMC), has recently selected Hershel Caywood Jr. (Left) as the new Executive Director of The Villas to manage the post-acute facility, while Kamal Altows (Right) will lead the clinical affairs as the new Director of Nursing of The Villas. Caywood has worked in healthcare for nearly twenty years and recently served as Brookdale Senior Living’s Health Care Administrator in Bradenton, Florida. Altows worked at Saint Mary Home in Wethersfield, Connecticut Wethersfield, for the past eight years as the Director of Staff Development.
