FaithSearch Partners has been retained by Ohana Pacific Management Company (OPMC) in Oahu, Hawaii, to manage two nursing leadership searches. Based in the Honolulu area, OPMC is the largest post-acute organization in Hawaii, providing a continuum of healthcare services.

The first search is for a Director of Nursing to lead The Villas, a 119-bed, post-acute care facility located in the heart of Honolulu on the island of Oahu. The Director of Nursing position will help The Villas lead and manage their post-acute operations.

The second search is for skilled nursing facility Director of Nursing at Pu’uwai ‘O Makaha, a 93-bed SNF located in a rural area of Oahu.

“I’m genuinely impressed by Ohana Pacific Management Company, by their quality of care and their deeply-rooted Christian values integrated in their operations of work. It is clear to me that OPMC is making a great impact on their Hawaiian communities, both clinically and spiritually,” said Scott Kuhlman, Senior Vice President at FaithSearch Partners, who is directly managing the search. “These future Directors of Nursing will need to be seasoned nurse leaders and have a passion for the company’s faith-based culture.”
