FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce that Gordon College has selected Corey McLellan as the new Executive Director for the college’s Avodah Center for Personal and Professional Development, which provides special programming designed to guide students in vocational awareness and the search for meaningful work after graduation.
In this exciting new role, McLellan will not only recruit and lead Center staff, but also advance the visibility of the Avodah program nationally and internationally. He will lead Center fundraising efforts and cultivate professional opportunities for the College and its students.
“This role requires a unique blend of skills which McLellan absolutely has,” said Greg Barnes, President of FaithSearch Partners’ Mission Enterprise Division. “He is an entrepreneurial leader with a deep appreciation for the particular institutional ethos of Christian higher education. We couldn’t be more excited to see him lend his talents to Gordon College.”
McLellan has a track record of connecting new ventures and establishing companies in a variety of industries. Prior to assuming his role with the Avodah Center, he was Managing Director at Jetty Growth Advisors and Co-Founder of LifeCycle Organic Waste, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in History and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia as well as a Master of Divinity from Princeton.
