Florida Hospital Healthcare System (FHHS) is seeking a new Vice President, Population Health Management. FHHS is the wholly-owned managed care company for the Florida Division of Adventist Health System (AHS). With 60,000 members across the state and a long history of managed care operations, FHHS is a key asset to the Florida Division as it navigates healthcare reform and transitions to a population health management-based business model. FHHS will be the entity that develops and manages population health management for the Florida Division of AHS.
This VP will serve as a key FHHS leader, responsible for developing the infrastructure and processes necessary to deliver high quality care at attractive price points to defined populations. This executive will ensure the delivery of a high performance integrated provider network. He or she will oversee the Division’s clinical and cost-of-care performance, program development and all informatics-related initiatives in order to achieve mutually-established goals set for FHHS and the Florida Division of AHS.
