In order to maintain the standards of excellence we’ve established over the years, we are constantly evaluating our performance and evolving to stay on the forefront of changes and improvements to industry methods and practices. To this end, members of our senior leadership team gathered with our support staff during this year’s annual meeting to assess and strengthen our search standards.
The resulting document is a comprehensive plan, which defines a set of standards for every phase of a search engagement from pre-search and business development to post-search and follow-up. Each element of our firm’s protocol is in line with the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) Standard of Ethics, which delineates methods of best practice industry-wide. We also hold ourselves accountable to a much higher power, which is why our search standards reflect our firm’s Christian commitment.
