The FaithSearch Partners team is pleased to announce Nancy Jernigan has recently been named Vice President in the firm’s ministry division. Nancy is a ministry professional and former business executive who has worked with churches and parachurch organizations across the globe.
Nancy began her career as a publishing and marketing management professional and gained executive experience through her work with a number of high-profile organizations including Focus on the Family and Christianity Today. Today she and her husband Jeff own the Hidden Value Group, LLC, a literary agency that works with Christian authors and publishers.
Nancy is an ordained pastor with the Evangelical Friends Denomination as well as a Master Teacher with the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). She is a dedicated educator and has worked extensively to teach and develop students through her work as a women’s pastor, Life Coach, small groups director, retreat speaker and Bible study teacher. Nancy has served in a number of churches including Saddleback Church, Christ Church, Mariners-South Coast and most recently, Corona Friends Church. She’s also worked as a consultant with a variety of ministry organizations in launching and developing new ministries as well as improving both women’s and small group ministries.
