The FaithSearch Partners team welcomes Don A. Beeler, LFACHE to the firm’s Healthcare Division. Don is a seasoned veteran of the healthcare industry with nearly four decades of experience. He’s served in a number of executive-level positions including President and CEO of CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System in San Antonio, President and CEO of CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System in Texarkana, TX, COO of St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, TX and Executive Vice President of Incarnate World Health Services.
Don is deeply dedicated to public service and political action. Throughout his career, Don has served on a number of various local, state and national committees, where he used his professional expertise to make a positive impact in the lives of others. In 2010 he received the Earl M. Collier Award for Distinguished Health Care Administration, the highest award presented by the Texas Hospital Association as well as the first Star Award, presented in recognition of outstanding leadership for HOSPAC. Don is a Life Fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives and two-time recipient of that organization’s prestigious Senior-Level Healthcare Executive Regent’s Award. He is also the 2009 recipient of the Grassroots Champion Award for his contributions to the American Hospital Association political action committee and the 2003 recipient from the AHA as a most valuable PAC player.
