As CNO, Kirman will be responsible for overseeing directly and indirectly all nursing care provided at its facilities. She will be tasked in particular with leading quality and patient satisfaction scores to even higher levels.

Kirman most recently served as Chief Nursing Officer at St. John’s Medical Center in Jackson, Wyoming. Prior to that, she served as Glendale Adventist Medical Center’s Vice President of Nursing in Glendale, California, and has held nursing leadership roles in hospitals for the last 21 years. She holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from University of La Verna and a bachelor’s degree of science in nursing from University of Phoenix
