FaithSearch Partners is pleased to welcome Ifeoluwani “Ife” (pronounced “EE-feh) Olaore to its team as a HealthSearch Consultant. Olaore is a leadership talent acquisition professional whose passion is connecting outstanding healthcare leaders with outstanding healthcare organizations. Prior to joining FaithSearch Partners, Ife led talent acquisition activities for regional healthcare systems in California, Ohio and Chicago, completing dozens of searches for successful leaders within each of these organizations.

Ife is completing his graduate degree in business administration after receiving an undergraduate degree in social work from Southern Adventist University in Tennessee. He is based in the greater Cincinnati area and is an active member of the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE).
