FaithSearch Partners has been retained to conduct the search for the Vice President, Revenue Cycle for Adventist Health System’s Central Florida Division in Orlando. This $3B net revenue division is the largest division in the company and includes its flagship, Florida Hospital – the largest hospital in the U.S. – and eight other hospitals.  Adventist Health System, also based in the Orlando area, is the largest Protestant health system in the country with a long-standing history of strong financial performance.

The VP, Revenue Cycle will report directly to the senior financial officer for the region with a matrix relationship to the corporate SVP for Revenue Management.  The role will oversee more than 700 team members and is viewed as a critical leader in the corporation.

“Adventist Health System is an outstanding organization, providing communities across the country with access to high-quality health care,” said Ed Fry, President at FaithSearch Partners. “The future Vice President of Revenue Cycle for its Central Florida Division will need to be a dynamic executive with a strong history of revenue cycle leadership at a regional/national system or large, complex hospital. In addition, the future leader will need to have a passion for the system’s faith-based mission.”
