FaithSearch Partners has been retained to manage the search for the Vice President of Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness at Adventist Health System near Orlando, Florida. Adventist Health System (AHS) is the largest Protestant (and one of the largest not-for-profit) healthcare systems in the U.S., with operations from Colorado to the East Coast. It employs more than 70,000 individuals at over 40 hospitals and dozens of other facilities and locations.
Due to a current re-design of the AHS human resources organization, the Vice President of Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness (VPLDOE) is a new position reporting to the Senior Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer. The position will be responsible for developing and implementing talent development, succession planning, team member experience, performance management, and people insights measurement, and people forecasting strategies for Adventist Health System. Through effective leadership of these areas, the VPLDOE will support the improvement of organizational performance, team member retention, leadership pipelines and team member experience.
