Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Crossroads has a thirty-seven-year legacy of love and service in prisons and is looking for a passionate, strategic, and innovative Christian leader with a record of accomplishment of growing organizations. Crossroads’ global footprint has been consistently growing for the past decade, with the ministry’s programs now in correctional facilities throughout the United States and twenty-three other countries on six continents.
Crossroads’ new President & CEO will provide leadership and oversight for the entire internal organization, including programming, advancement, operations, and finance, and thousands of volunteers around the world.
