His most recent role as a Senior Associate with a top international retained executive search firm saw him managing high-level executive searches for C-suite, vice president, and executive director roles across healthcare, nonprofit, and industrial sectors. His ability to align talent with an organization’s mission and culture makes him an exceptional fit for FaithSearch Partners.
Tray brings experience in education and operational leadership, having served as Director of Operations for KIPP Nashville, where he optimized resources and implemented systems to drive educational excellence. His broad leadership background across sectors, including federal law enforcement, allows him to bring fresh perspectives and strategic insight to every search engagement.
A lifelong learner, Tray holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. He also holds a certificate in Executive Research from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), further demonstrating his commitment to best-in-class executive search practices.
