FaithSearch Partners Leads Nursing Division Leader Search for Kettering College

FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce it has been retained to manage the search for Kettering College’s new Director of its Division of Nursing. The college is owned by Kettering Medical Center and is part of the Kettering Health Network, a Seventh-day Adventist health care organization in Ohio.

The individual who fills this position will lead the largest division within the College and will advance the Network’s mission as well as contribute to the College’s focus on a whole-person approach to patient care. The Director will help continue to establish a high quality teaching and learning environment and encourage innovation.

“This is a historically strong Seventh-day Adventist College with a vibrant and passionate group of nursing faculty,” said Ivan Bartolome, Senior Vice President at FaithSearch. “This new position provides ample opportunity for the new director to contribute to the continuing growth of the Nursing Division and the development of advanced nursing degrees.”

Kettering College, opened in 1967, now has nearly 900 students. The health network began in 1964 with the establishment of Charles F. Kettering Memorial Hospital. It is now known as Kettering Medical Center and employs more than 5,000 individuals. The entire seven-hospital Kettering Health Network employs more than 11,000. Kettering Health Network has been named one of the Top 10 Healthcare Systems in the Nation by Thompson Reuters for three consecutive years.
