FaithSearch Partners has been retained to conduct the search for the HR Leader for Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas (BHSET). This faith-based, not-for-profit, two-hospital system is the market leader in Beaumont and the surrounding “Golden Triangle” area. The system generates more than $275M in annual net revenue and operates 383 beds.
The position oversees human resources strategy and operations at BHSET as well as a team of nine staff members. As part of senior leadership, the role serves on a wide variety of leadership, management and corporate committees.
