FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce it has been retained by Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas (BHSET) to conduct the search for its new Administrator of Behavioral Health. The health system, based in Beaumont, is a 350+ bed, faith-based, not-for-profit regional referral center with a 100-bed, freestanding behavioral health center.
Adult, adolescent, geriatric, detoxification, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programming are all provided by this professional mental health and substance abuse treatment center, the highest and most comprehensive level of service available between New Orleans, Louisiana and Houston, Texas.
The Administrator of Behavioral Health will be responsible for overseeing the behavioral health campus and the entire service line for the organization. Reporting to the BHSET Chief Nursing Officer, preferred candidates will have nursing management/leadership backgrounds with substantive administrative experience in an inpatient or outpatient mental health environment.

Baptist Beaumont operates the busiest emergency room in the market, treating more than 80,000 patients each year, including pediatric emergency care. BHSET employs 1500 individuals across five facilities, which also includes Fannin Behavioral Center, Julie & Ben Rogers Cancer Center, Baptist Physicians Network and a campus in nearby Orange, Texas.
