FaithSearch Partners Leading Vice President, Quality and Care Management Search for Community Hospital Corporation

Texas-based Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) is seeking a new Vice President of Quality and Care Management (VPQCM). CHC was formed in 1996 by a group of not-for-profit and community-owned healthcare systems with the intention of preserving the not-for-profit status of community-based healthcare organizations. Currently CHC consists of six acute care hospitals and two LTACHs and provides support services to eight hospitals and health systems. Through its community hospital consulting division, CHC Consulting, the organization has provided consulting services for numerous hospitals across the United States.

The VPQCM serves as a critical leader of CHC, supporting the Quality and Care Management services at all CHC hospitals. This Vice President is responsible for assisting CHC hospitals to be prepared for Regulatory Surveys by Accrediting Organizations and be a resource for the development of processes to measure, manage and improve their Core Measures and patient satisfaction scores.  The VP will also assist with improving the hospitals’ efforts in the Value Based Purchasing program.
