FaithSearch Partners and Halftime Talent Solutions, a Dallas-based retained search firm focused on ministries and not-for-profits, have announced the completion of a Letter of Intent to merge. Following the completion of a definitive agreement, which is expected within the next 60 days, the Halftime Talent team will align with and expand FaithSearch’s Ministry division.
Greg Barnes, Halftime Talent’s CEO, will become a board member and an equity partner in the integrated organization and serve as President of the restructured division. FaithSearch’s Jeff Jernigan, Ph.D., will continue his key leadership as Senior Vice President for the division. It is anticipated that the Halftime Talent brand will fully transition to its FaithSearch identity by the end of 2017.
“We are delighted, excited and blessed to be significantly broadening our search capabilities to ministries and not-for-profits through this merger,” said Ed Fry, FaithSearch CEO. “Greg and his team at Halftime Talent have a deep global network and history of positively impacting the Kingdom through leadership succession consulting, board prospect sourcing and the professionalism of their high-quality search methodology.”
More details will be announced following the completion of the merger in the coming weeks.
