FaithSearch Partners is excited to announce it has appointed Porsche Schooley as Vice President, Administrative Services and Rachel Barnes as Vice President/Chief Information Officer.
As Vice President, Administrative Services, Schooley will oversee the administrative support team which assists FaithSearch consultants in executing high-quality search services for the firm’s clients.
With more than 15 years of experience in the executive search industry, Schooley has been with FaithSearch Partners since 2007, most recently serving as Client Support Director. Schooley previously served in an administrative support role at Witt/Kieffer.
“Porsche has been an invaluable asset to our team and our clients from the firm’s early days,” said Ed Fry, President/CEO of FaithSearch Partners. “Much of what she and the support team does is ‘behind the scenes’ but nonetheless critical to assuring an efficient and high-quality search process. I’m delighted she is moving into a leadership role within the firm.”
As Vice President/Chief Information Officer, Barnes will be responsible for the organization’s technology strategies from conception to deployment. Her objective will be to provide technology solutions that underpin the operations of the entire organization so that FaithSearch can continue to produce exceptional project outcomes and the highest level of customer service.
With over 25 years of experience in information/communication technologies, Barnes most recently served for six years as Director of Strategic Technology for Halftime Talent Solutions. Barnes also has her own consulting, training and software design company which she has led for more than 20 years. Specializing in systems design, accounting/financial systems evaluation and technology strategy and integration, her clients have included both private and public organizations, representing the automotive, aviation, energy, consumer goods, human resources, and travel/recreation industries. She holds a master’s degree of business administration in finance from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree of business administration in information systems and accounting from the University of North Texas.
“Rachel has an extensive background in information systems design and internet technology integration,” said Fry. “We are excited to have her join our team and to take our technology to new levels.”
