Moeller, a long time ministry leader and strategic consultant, will work directly with the firm’s church, ministry and parachurch clients in the executive search process.
Kim Moeller has devoted her career to investing in others. From consulting with Fortune 500 companies to training leaders at Saddleback Valley Community Church, one of the nation’s most respected churches, Kim’s experience uniquely equips the Ministry Division with the leadership insights clients need.

Kim has her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science/International Relations from UCLA where she graduated magna cum laude. While working with Hewitt Associates (Aon) an international consulting firm, Kim earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (C.E.B.S.) designation from the Wharton School of Business. Additionally, Kim went on to receive her Master’s of Liberal Arts degree from Southern Methodist University.
