FaithSearch Partners, Inc., the leading executive search firm focused on faith-based hospitals, healthcare systems, colleges/universities, churches and ministries, has appointed Kim Moeller as Vice President, joining Jeff Jernigan, Senior Vice President, and Nancy Jernigan, Vice President, in the firm’s Ministry Division. Moeller, a long time ministry leader and strategic consultant, will work directly with the firm’s church, ministry and parachurch clients in the executive search process.
Kim Moeller has devoted her career to investing in others. From consulting with Fortune 500 companies to training leaders at Saddleback Valley Community Church, one of the nation’s most respected churches, Kim’s experience uniquely equips the Ministry Division with the leadership insights clients need.

In addition to her passion for leadership team development, Kim commits significant personal time helping women pursue their passions and maximize their gifts. Through national speaking and training opportunities, Kim enjoys being a source of encouragement and inspiration to those around her, so that they might in turn impact the lives of others.
Kim has her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science/International Relations from UCLA where she graduated magna cum laude. While working with Hewitt Associates (Aon) an international consulting firm, Kim earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (C.E.B.S.) designation from the Wharton School of Business. Additionally, Kim went on to receive her Master’s of Liberal Arts degree from Southern Methodist University.
