Fowler to oversee the next phase of innovation for faith-based non-profits, ministries, and businesses

Dallas, TX, December 1, 2020 – FaithSearch Partners (FSP) today announced Senior Vice President Bryan Fowler will assume leadership of its Mission Enterprise (including nonprofit and private for-profit) service line on January 1, 2021. Fowler, who has 25 years of experience in business formation, growth, and leadership development, takes the reins from Greg Barnes, who launched the division in 2018 following the firm’s merger with Halftime Talent Solutions.

“Bryan has been a great asset to our organization since joining the firm earlier this year and I’m excited to announce this transition. His leadership and entrepreneurial experience will pave the way for the future of the Mission Enterprise service line,” said Ed Fry, President & Founder of FaithSearch Partners. “Bryan’s vision for the future of the division is exceptional as we continue to look for ways to serve our nonprofit and private-for-profit clients.”

In his expanded role, Fowler will oversee the day-to-day operations of FSP’s Mission Enterprise searches and set the course for the future of the service line. Mission Enterprise becomes the second FSP service line under Fowler’s leadership as he also heads the new Athletics service line as announced in September.

Greg Barnes will transition into a search consulting and advisory role.  Barnes stated, “Through my more than 25 years in executive search, serving and advising our clients has been my passion. I’m proud of everything we’ve accomplished and I am confident that Bryan will lead the Mission Enterprise service line to new heights as it moves forward.”

During the past two and a half decades, Bryan has served in organizations as a CEO, CIO, COO, and CTO and was able to help lead and develop new divisions at Arthur Andersen, Grant Thornton, Protiviti, the United Methodist Church, and Methodist Healthcare/Memphis.

Bryan holds an M.B.A. from Mississippi State University and a Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary. He serves on four nonprofit boards including the Digital Health Society at the Technology Association of Georgia, Honduras Outreach Incorporated (HOI), Grace Village, and Kennesaw State University’s Masters of Health Management and Informatics Program.

Fowler stated, “I am humbled and excited for the opportunity to lead this core element of our company. I look forward to building on the client successes Greg Barnes established that have a positive impact on FSP, its clients, and their communities. FSP has a proven track record of being a leader in faith-based executive search and I’m excited to lead this great team  into the future.”
