FaithSearch Partners, Inc., the leading executive search firm focused on faith-based healthcare organizations, colleges/universities, churches and ministries, has appointed Rick Fisk as Vice President, specializing in Post-Acute/Long-Term Care (PA/LTC). Based in Chicagoland, Fisk will work directly with the firm’s PA/LTC clients, managing search processes for their key leaders.
Fisk will also be part of the firm’s Ministry Team given his ministerial credentials, previous experience, and interest in enhancing leadership impact at churches and parachurch organizations.
Fisk brings over 20 years of experience to FaithSearch as a key leader in the senior care field. He most recently served as the President of Covenant Retirement Communities Foundation in Skokie, Illinois. Prior to that role, he served as Covenant Retirement Communities’ President and Chief Executive Officer, also located in Skokie, Illinois, from 2002 to 2015. In his former positions, his responsibilities focused on long range planning and the development of strategy.

Fisk holds a master’s degree of arts in religious education from Ashland Theological Seminary and a bachelor’s degree of arts in social science from Nyack College. He has served as a member of the faith-based cabinet and leadership circle at LeadingAge, and is a member of the American Seniors Housing Association, and a member of the American Society on Aging. He has served on the Axelson School of Management Advisory Board at North Park University as well as several boards and committees for Deer Grove Covenant Church. He is also an ordained minister for the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church.
