FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce its partnership with Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center (WOMC) in launching a national search for its President. The new $400 million medical center offers the latest technology and treatments in a comfortable environment, complete with 180 private patient rooms, a nationally-recognized heart care program, natural lighting and spaces designed to promote care and healing.

WOMC opened in August 2019 in Silver Spring, Maryland and replaces Washington Adventist Hospital in Takoma Park, which served its community for more than 112 years. WOMC is owned and operated by Adventist Healthcare, a $900 million not-for-profit, faith-based regional healthcare system based in the northwest suburbs of Washington, D.C.

Reporting to Adventist HealthCare’s Chief Operating Officer, the President will provide overall leadership and direction to the hospital and is ultimately accountable for the organization’s clinical, quality, culture, and financial success.

“This is an exciting time for both the medical center and the health system as they begin serving patients in their new facility,” said Doug Duffield, Senior Vice President at FaithSearch Partners. “The new president for White Oak Medical Center will help shape the future of this new medical center and the communities it serves.”
