FaithSearch is pleased to announce it recently initiated the search for a President for the Mount Carmel College of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio. Mount Carmel College of Nursing has one of the largest baccalaureate nursing programs in Ohio and is among the top ten percent in enrollment nationally. The College provides undergraduate and graduate level Nursing education including a Doctor of Nursing Practice. The College is part of Mount Carmel Health System which has more than 10,000 employees who serve more than a million patients each year in their numerous outpatient facilities and four hospitals. Mount Carmel is a proud member of Michigan-based Trinity Health, one of the largest Catholic health care delivery systems in the nation.
The President is a critical leader at Mount Carmel College of Nursing. The position reports to the Board of the Mount Carmel College of Nursing and the President and CEO of Mount Carmel Health System. The College President will be known internally and externally in the community and in national nursing academic circles as the principal “face and voice” of nursing education at Mount Carmel. The President will be a visible leader and should enjoy and embrace the leadership role he or she will have.
