FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce its partnership with Shady Grove Medical Center in launching a national search for its Chief Financial Officer. Shady Grove is owned and operated by Adventist HealthCare, a not-for-profit, faith-based regional healthcare system based in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The hospital is located nearby in Rockville.

The CFO is responsible for the development of short- and long-term financial plans and budgets designed to strengthen the financial foundation of the hospital. Through a collaborative team orientation, the CFO works with leaders throughout the organization to address a broad and diverse range of financial, operational and strategic issues and needs.
