FaithSearch Partners has been selected by Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas (BHSET) to conduct the search for its new Director of Clinical Quality. The health system, based in Beaumont, is a 364-bed, multi-campus organization and market leader.
The Director of Clinical Quality will be responsible for assisting Baptist Beaumont Hospital, the system’s flagship facility, in advancing continuous quality improvement as well as managing its new Quality Assurance/Process Improvement (QAPI) program and preparing the BHSET facilities for DNV accreditation in Jan. 2016. The individual selected will also help develop processes to manage and improve Core Measures scores and patient satisfaction scores.

Baptist Beaumont operates the busiest emergency room in the market, treating more than 80,000 patients each year, including pediatric emergency care. BHSET employs 1500 individuals across five facilities, which also includes Fannin Behavioral Center, Julie & Ben Rogers Cancer Center, Baptist Physicians Network and a campus in nearby Orange, Texas.
