FaithSearch Partners is delighted to announce its partnership with Washington Adventist Hospital and Adventist HealthCare to launch a national search for its next Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). The hospital is in Takoma Park, Maryland will transition to a new $400 Million facility in White Oak, Maryland this summer.
The CNO will report directly to the hospital President and will oversee all nursing care and other patient care services. “We are honored to manage this succession search! Ten years ago we managed the search process that brought their current CNO to Washington Adventist Hospital. Now that he is retiring, we can partner with him and the senior leadership at the Hospital to find their next CNO. The new CNO can continue the work to elevate nursing practice while they move into a new Medical Center,” said Ivan Bartolome, Senior Vice President of FaithSearch Partners. “The next CNO should be an experienced and relational nursing leader who has a strong background in nursing operations and has an enthusiasm for the system’s faith-based culture.”
