FaithSearch Leads CEO Search for Non-Profit Texas LTACHs

FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce it has been retained to manage the search for a CEO position to lead two Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTACHs) in West Texas.  These two hospitals, ContinueCARE Hospital at Midland Memorial and ContinueCARE Hospital at Medical Center (Odessa), are located 20 miles apart.  Both hospitals are managed by Community Hospital Corporation (CHC).  CHC is based in the Dallas area (Plano) and is a not-for-profit system of owned and managed community acute and post-acute facilities throughout the country.

The Chief Executive Officer of these LTACH hospitals will be directly responsible for operations of both facilities and will provide direction and structure to operating units.  The CEO will implement effective and ongoing programs to improve performance, quality of care and the levels of service excellence in a cost-effective manner.  He/She will be responsible for the collaborative relationships and effective communication with medical staff, employees, host hospital leadership and staff, community representatives and board members as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LTACH operations with at least five years of progressive management leadership experience. Candidates must be able to live in the Midland/Odessa, Texas area and be able to lead a team in both hospitals.  Previous experience in developing, fostering, and maintaining physician relationships in the community is an asset.

“We are honored to be selected to assist Community Hospital Corporation through this critical search process,” said Scott Kuhlman, Senior Vice President of FaithSearch Partners.
