FaithSearch Partners proudly announces that it is leading a national search for the next CEO of the National Christian Foundation (NCF).  This servant leader will provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational management to NCF – the sixth-largest U.S. charity and preeminent Christian charitable giving ministry in the country.

As a leader in Christian giving, NCF has granted over $11 billion to more than 63,000 ministries, churches, and charities since its formation in 1982. In 2019 alone, more than $1.5 billion in grants went out to faith-based non-profit organizations.  With offices across the country, NCF’s team is comprised of some of the brightest, most passionate experts in charitable giving.

NCF’s next CEO will have a proven track record for execution, performance, and results in a dynamic, fast-paced organization. This leader will work with the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team, and National Leadership Team to establish strategic policies in pursuit of NCF’s short and long-term goals.

“National Christian Foundation has a storied history and is excited about the prospects of its future with the right CEO in place,” said Greg Barnes, Vice Chairman and President of FaithSearch’s Mission Enterprise Division. “This new CEO will have the opportunity to lead one of the greatest Christian charitable organizations in the world and impact the lives of millions of people.”
