FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce its recent partnership with Pine Forge Academy (PFA) in the search for its next Principal/Headmaster. Based in Pine Forge, Pennsylvania, PFA is a co-educational Seventh-day Adventist boarding school that serves grades 9-12. PFA has a legacy of excellence that spans over 70 years and serves as one of only four historically black boarding academies in the United States. PFA is part of the Allegheny East Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, with the mission of providing a Christ-centered curriculum in a safe, caring environment, to prepare students spiritually, intellectually, physically, and socially for service to God and man.
The next Principal/Headmaster will serve Pine Forge Academy as a dynamic leader, functioning as an executive administrator and community advocate. He/She will focus on developing and implementing the strategic vision, spiritual initiatives, campus development, operational financial integrity, constituent collaboration and fundraising for the Academy. As a committed follower of Christ, the ideal candidate will be passionate about the mission of Pine Forge and will demonstrate a track-record of leadership and experience in the academic field.
