FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce its recent partnership with global child sponsorship organization Childcare Worldwide, a Washington-based ministry in search of a successor for its Founder, Dr. Max Lange.

Since 1981, Childcare Worldwide has helped meet the educational, physical, and spiritual needs of children by building bridges between concerned individuals in the West and those in developing nations. In its nearly four decades of operation, the ministry has experienced a growing footprint of geographic diversity, with key operational hubs in Kenya, Uganda, India, Peru, and Haiti in addition to recent partnerships in Mexico, Sri Lanka, and Thailand. The ministry continues to see God’s hand of provision allow its work to become deeply grounded in finances, friendships, and flourishing impact in far-flung corners of the world.

The next President will lead Childcare Worldwide in overall vision, business operations, and strategic direction. As a committed follower of Christ, the ideal candidate will be passionate about the mission of Childcare Worldwide and will demonstrate a track-record of leadership in the missional essentials that define it.

Greg Barnes, President of FaithSearch’s Mission Enterprise Division, comments, “Childcare Worldwide has been an extraordinary steward of this God-given mission; we couldn’t be more thrilled to help find the person the Lord has entrusted to lead the next surge of its Kingdom impact.”
