FaithSearch Partners has been retained to conduct the search for the Vice President of Operations for Adventist Care Centers’ Multi-State Division. Based in the Orlando, Florida, area, Adventist Care Centers (ACC) is a not-for-profit faith-based post-acute long-term care organization, founded on the Seventh-day Adventist legacy of Christian healthcare. ACC provides administrative support and services to 15 nursing and rehab facilities in Florida, Kansas, Kentucky and Texas.
The new Vice President of Operations – Multi-State Division will serve as a critical leader for ACC, leading and managing their PA/LTC operations in the three states of Kansas, Kentucky, and Texas. The position reports to the President and will be based in Dallas or Kansas City.
