FaithSearch Partners has been retained to conduct a search for the Director of Human Resources for Adventist Health, Central Valley Network. Based in Hanford, California, the Network includes three hospitals and 55+ community care clinics. The Network is part of Adventist Health with headquarters in Roseville, California. Adventist Health provides health care in communities throughout California, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington, and generates more than $2.5 billion in annual net revenue.
The Director of Human Resources position will be responsible for helping lead the Human Resources Department and implement innovative human resources solutions. The position will partner with hospitals, clinics and system executives to ensure best practices are consistently achieved in performance management, retention, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration.
