FaithSearch Partners has been retained to conduct a confidential, national search for the Chief Operating Officer for a multi-hospital, regional system in the Midwestern U.S. The not-for-profit system includes an extensive physician provider network of more than 3,000 physicians and generates approximately $2 billion in revenues annually.
The Chief Operating Officer will provide overall leadership and direction of all the operating units of the system, including all revenue, quality and clinical integration. Integration initiatives will allow the system to develop a coordinated care network that can provide population health management in the market.
