Florida Hospital Waterman (FHW), a leading provider of acute and home health services in Central Florida, has recently retained FaithSearch Partners to assist in the search for its Vice President/Chief Nursing Officer. The 269-bed facility is a part of the Adventist Health System, the largest protestant healthcare system in the U.S.
The position reports directly to the CEO and oversees all nursing care at the organization. Nearly 700 individuals, including almost 400 nurses, are in the nursing division. Pharmacy and Laboratory Services also reports to the CNO.
