FaithSearch Partners has been retained to manage the search for the Senior Vice President/Chief People Officer for Centura Health, based in the suburban Denver, Colorado area. Centura Health is the region’s health care leader with $3.5 billion of net revenue, 21,000 employees, 6,000 physicians, 17 hospitals, and several other entities located throughout Colorado and western Kansas. It is a Christian, faith-based, not-for-profit system co-owned by Catholic Health Initiatives and Adventist Health System – two of the larger national healthcare systems in the U.S.
The Senior Vice President/Chief People Officer reports to the President and is responsible for overall delivery and management of all system-wide Human Resources functions. The leader is a major contributor to business strategy and is a member of the senior management team, involved in key business decisions.
