FaithSearch Partners has been retained to conduct the search for the Facility Administrator for Huguley Nursing & Rehab Center in Burleson, Texas (just south of Fort Worth). This 178-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) offers all aspects of rehabilitation and nursing care. The facility specializes in post-hospital, rehabilitation and long term care needs and is located on the same campus as its sister organization, Texas Health Huguley Hospital. The hospital is a 350-bed acute care hospital, and both facilities are part of Adventist Health System, the largest not-for-profit Protestant health care organization in the U.S.
The Facility Administrator will be responsible for all the facility’s strategic development and operations. The position reports to Adventist Care Center’s Vice President of Operations and will be based in Burleson, Texas, with minimal outside travel.
