FaithSearch Partners’ Mission Enterprise Division has begun its third search this year for Lionheart Children’s Academy. The new search is for a Vice President of the Pride Program, the organization’s afterschool and summer offering for elementary age children. Lionheart Children’s Academy is a non-profit Christian organization committed to providing high-quality, affordable early care and education for children 6 months to 12 years of age. The Pride Program currently operates out of Lionheart’s 6 academy locations around the metroplex, and Lionheart hopes to extend programming to even more centers in the coming months.

In addition to developing and implementing all programing for elementary age Lionheart kids, the Vice President will be instrumental in bringing the Program vision to life and will help set the stage for its expansion, with the ultimate goal of scaling the program as a stand-alone offering to reach even more children and families.

“We are always thrilled when a client is pleased with our process and enlists us for multiple projects, said Greg Barnes, President of FaithSearch’s Mission Enterprise Division. “We are excited to find individuals who are passionate about Lionheart’s mission and who understand that the elementary school years are ‘prime time’ for reaching students for Christ.” Mission Enterprise Team Vice President, John Williams, adds “Lionheart is a fast-growing organization with a wonderful corporate culture. It is a privilege to work with them.”
