FaithSearch Partners’ Mission Enterprise Division has begun two searches for DFW client Lionheart Children’s Academy. The search for a Vice President, Talent Management began in February, and a subsequent search for a Vice President, Operations kicked off earlier this month. Lionheart Children’s Academy is a non-profit Christian organization committed to providing high-quality, affordable early care and education for infant, pre-school, and school-age children. Lionheart has expanded rapidly since its founding in 2014 and currently operates 6 academy locations across the metroplex.
The Vice President, Talent Management will provide overall talent acquisition strategy and identify and implement methods for enhancing Lionheart’s employment brand and strengthening employee engagement.
The Vice President, Operations will be responsible for marketing, enrollment, and high-level management for new academy launches.
