FaithSearch Partners, a leading executive search firm serving faith-based organizations, announced today it donated $200,000 to various ministries and faith-based organizations in 2016. The announcement is a well-timed celebration for the firm, as it celebrates its tenth anniversary of service on March 1, 2017. With this latest year’s donations, FaithSearch’s cumulative donations throughout its history total $1 million.
As part of the company tithing policy, FaithSearch Partners is committed to giving back to ministries impacted by the clients it serves.
“Our clients are all incredible organizations impacting their communities and world,” said Ed Fry, President of FaithSearch Partners. “We are honored to work with these organizations and are excited to see the new remarkable things they will do and the differences they will make in the future.”
The firm was founded in 2007 in response to the need for a firm specializing in finding quality executives specifically for faith-based organizations. Leaders in these companies fit a unique profile. They are not only successful leaders and managers, but they must also possess a personal values set and commitment level that aligns with the mission of the company. This rare calling often requires a specialized search firm familiar with the intricacies of both the industry and the culture of these faith-based organizations to determine the right person for the position.
“We believe strong business skills and strong faith-based values are not mutually exclusive, a belief evidenced in every search we complete,” Fry said. “Faith-based organizations are just as deserving of the highest quality executive as other companies, and we are proud to have played a role in managing searches for outstanding leaders for our clients.”
FaithSearch Partners has managed more than 180 executive-level searches since its inception, and its consultants have managed more than 600 searches in their collective experiences. For more information, please visit www.faithsearchpartners.com.
