Due to significant growth, FaithSearch has restructured its leadership team and appointed Ivan Bartolome as Chief Operating Officer and Courtney Fry as Vice President of Research, Process and Marketing.

In his new role, Bartolome oversees the operations of FaithSearch, which includes the healthcare and academic divisions and all support services. Prior to joining FaithSearch in 2008, Bartolome served as the Administrative Director for Cardiovascular Services at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission in the metro Kansas City area. Bartolome has a graduate degree in healthcare administration from the University of Kansas and an undergraduate degree from Southwestern Adventist University (SWAU).

“Ivan has been an invaluable asset to FaithSearch since the early years of the company,” said Ed Fry, President & CEO of FaithSearch. “His search expertise spans all three of our divisions: healthcare, mission enterprise, and academic, and he has served on the FaithSearch board since 2017. I have every confidence in Ivan as he moves into this new position and look forward to seeing him bring his operations vision to fruition.”

As Vice President of Research, Process, and Marketing, Courtney Fry is responsible for all research activities of the company. She also leads marketing activities and works closely with information technology, the firm’s consultants, and administrative team to communicate and standardize processes. Since joining FaithSearch in the company’s inaugural year of 2007, research has been a steady focus of her responsibilities while she also served in other capacities including search management, marketing, administrative services, and accounting. She has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and is expected to complete her Master of Business Administration degree in 2020.

“Courtney has led research for FaithSearch for twelve years so she has directly worked on more searches for the company than any other employee. She has been a crucial part in FaithSearch’s development and success,” said Bartolome. “With our merger and partnership, it has become apparent that she is in a unique position to communicate and streamline so many vital processes for successful searches. I’m excited that she has moved into this leadership role.”
