FaithSearch Partners is currently assisting Advent Hope Ventures with its search for an Executive Director. Based in the greater New York City area, this non-profit startup incubator is rooted in the Seventh-day Adventist tradition. It was established in 2011 as an organization that helps support Seventh-day Adventist urban ministries that are functioning in large urban centers.
The Executive Director is a critical leader for this ministry. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this leader will solidify the vision of the organization and help create and implement a strategic plan and philanthropy approach that will eventually raise $1M annually.
Candidates for this role with Advent Hope Ventures should have demonstrated experience fundraising and a palpable passion for urban ministries. The new Executive Director will forge a strong collaboration and close working partnership with Seventh-day Adventist churches in urban areas as well as with the North American Division.
