Elaine brings over 20 years of experience in Corporate and Non-Profit Leadership including having served as Chief Operating Officer for Hope Media Group, an extensive national network of ministry media brands. Other prior positions include Vice President roles within Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Strategic Planning for major Fortune 500 companies.
Elaine’s business acumen allows her to understand the importance and impact of having strong leadership. This, coupled with having the right people in the right seat, is critical to successful business growth and a positive organizational culture.
She has a proven track record in leading overall Business Operations including Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Technology, Data Science, Facilities, Prayer Ministry, Volunteers, Concerts and Events. Her strengths are in the areas of Talent/HR Management, Organizational Development, Culture Transformation, Operations and Project Management.
