FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce its partnership with Echoing Hills Village (EHV) to assist with their search for a new Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Echoing Hills is a non-profit ministry dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to know and experience Jesus Christ.
Reporting to the President/CEO, the CFO will direct the fiscal management, information technology (IT), and asset management/purchasing resources of EHV Ministry wide. The new CFO will be well prepared academically and have a minimum of ten years of leadership/management level experience in corporate finance. In addition, accounting experience in the not-for-profit and/or health care sector is preferred.
