FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce its partnership with Eastern University to assist with the search for its next Vice President for Student Development. Eastern University is a private, nationally recognized coeducational Christian university enrolling approximately 7,000 students, offering over 130 undergraduate, graduate, professional, and seminary programs both online and on campus. The University’s main campus is in St. Davids, Pennsylvania with many programs also offered online. Situated just west of Philadelphia, Eastern University offers students the dual benefit of a suburban campus environment with proximity to an urban center.
Serving as the institution’s chief student development officer and reporting directly to the President, the functional areas of responsibility will include student life and housing; faith and practice; student health and wellness; talent and career development; student activities; college success programs, student conduct, and Title IX. The Vice President will be responsible for fostering student growth and development, with an emphasis on Christian spiritual formation, and providing creative, innovative and inspiring student experiences across a diverse student body.
