East Texas Independent Youth Ministry Names VP, Operations

FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce that The Mentoring Alliance has selected Tom Lucas as its next Vice President of Operations, effective December 4. FaithSearch supported this search with affiliate Halftime Talent Solutions in Dallas.

In this role, Lucas will report to Kevin East, President/CEO, and will be responsible for most administrative, financial and support functions to the enterprise’s various ministries.  The Mentoring Alliance is a $5 million, complex not-for-profit organization with more than 50 employees which support thousands of children, youth and their families throughout East Texas.  Among its subsidiaries are the Boys and Girls Clubs of East Texas, the only such clubs in the U.S. that are part of a faith-based umbrella organization.
