WGTS is the second largest non-commercial Christian music station in the U.S. With nearly 550,000 weekly listeners in the Washington, D.C./Baltimore markets, the station has grown to consistently rank in the market’s Top Ten and is frequently heard in many Congressional and other federal government offices. Employees appreciate the radio station’s Christian ministry, family-feel among the staff, and spiritual emphasis in the workplace including regular prayer meetings.
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Director of Gift Engagement is responsible for leading and managing the significant mid-level giving strategy for the development program at WGTS 91.9 FM. Ideal candidates will have fundraising or sales backgrounds, in addition to having a personal passion for Christian radio ministry and a heart for service.
