FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce that its client, OurCalling, has selected Patrick Palmer as the organization’s new Director of Development.
In his role, Palmer will report to OurCalling Founder and Executive Director Wayne Walker and will lead all major fundraising efforts for the organization. He will also serve as a liaison for OurCalling and raise awareness for the ministry among the broader Dallas community.
“Patrick’s passion for mobilizing believers for Kingdom impact is palpable. He brings energy, savvy, and extensive experience in ministry and nonprofit leadership to OurCalling,” says Greg Barnes, President of FaithSearch Partners’ Mission Enterprise Division. Mission Enterprise Team Vice President, John Williams adds, “Patrick has a real heart for the homeless community. We couldn’t be more excited to see him lend his talents to OurCalling.”
Before assuming his new role, Palmer was the Pastor of Outreach at Gateway Church in Scottsdale, Arizona and prior to Gateway, Palmer served eleven years in ministry and fundraising and as Executive Director for the Atlanta Dream Center, an organization that reaches, rescues, and restores at-risk children, victims of sex trafficking, and men with addictions. He has an Executive Certificate in Transformational Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Notre Dame and is relocating from Scottsdale, Arizona for the position.
