FaithSearch Partners, the leading executive search firm focused on faith-based hospitals and healthcare systems, is pleased to announce that its client, Community Hospital Corporation, has selected Judith Schiros as its new Chief Executive Officer of two of its Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTACHs). Schiros will lead ContinueCARE Hospital at Midland Memorial and ContinueCARE Hospital at Medical Center (Odessa).
As CEO, Schiros is responsible for operations of both facilities. She will lead their operations and maintain and improve performance, quality of care and the levels of service . She will also be responsible for the collaborative relationships and effective communication with medical staff, employees, host hospital leadership and staff, community representatives and board members.

Shiros has held hospice and hospital leadership roles for the last 18 years. She has a master’s degree in healthcare management from Troy State University and a bachelor’s degree of science in marketing from West Florida University.
ContinueCARE Hospital at Midland Memorial is a 29-bed long-term acute care hospital, and ContinueCARE Hospital at Medical Center (Odessa) is a 25-bed long-term acute care hospital. The two hospitals are located 20 miles apart, both managed by Community Hospital Corporation (CHC). CHC is based in the Dallas area (Plano) and is a not-for-profit system of owned and managed community acute and post-acute facilities throughout the country.
