The next President will be a mission-focused leader with physician practice leadership experience – or a retail-oriented multi-site business development leader. Candidates should have more than ten years of senior management experience in a multi-site organization, strong strategic skills and a desire/capacity to grow into the CEO role in the short to mid-term. An MBA or similar degree is essential. The President/COO role is a new and role to the organization, created to build senior leadership capacity, expand its talent inventory, and provide a transition as the business moves towards an MSO structure.
